HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?
- Browse our inventory in the Shop section. Here, you will see the variety of different cannabis products that we offer. Click a category of interest to further refine search.
- Click the item of interest, and it will bring you to the product page. From here, select the desired quantity of the product and click Add To Cart (top right corner).
- Once you’ve added all the desired products, review over your cart. Make sure that you have selected the correct products with the desired quantity.
- Continue to checkout, complete your order request by adding shipping and billing information and selecting method of payment.
- Congratulations! You've submitted your order. Hold on! It's not completed yet until payment is made.
HOW TO COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
We accept the following types of payment methods:
- Interac eTransfer - this is the PREFERRED method of payment. It is the easiest option with no additional fees.
- After your order is submitted, wait until you receive an email confirmation with payment instructions and balance due amount.
- Once you have received this email, login to your bank of choice and send an Interact e-transfer with the corresponding security answer:
Answer - Healthcaredispensary
- Secured External Gateway Credit Card Payment - this option is available for the cost of an additional 5% on top of your balance due amount for processing fees. It is offered through a third-party secured credit card payment processing gateway.
- After your order is submitted, wait until you receive the following 2 email confirmations:
- Order Confirmation: this email shows your order total before applying the 5% processing fee.
- Credit Card Confirmation: this email shows your final balance due amount after applying 5% the processing fee.
Congratulations! You completed your first order.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETED PAYMENT?
Once payment is completed for your order, you will receive the following order update emails:
- Order Awaiting Fulfillment: this signifies that payment for your order has been accepted successfully and is awaiting fulfillment from our Warehouse Team.
- Order Awaiting Shipment: this signifies that your order is finished being packed and is awaiting our Shipping Team to ship it out.
- Order Shipped: this signifies your order has been successfully shipped out. You will find your shipment's tracking info in this email.
Now just sit tight and wait for the arrival of your order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?
While this is a very rare occurrence, there have been times where customers have received orders with missing or incorrect items.
In the case of missing items, please take a photo of all the items you did receive, and the Canada Post envelope, and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of wrong items, please take a photo of all the items you did receive and email it to us at email@example.com.
WHAT IF I'M UNSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with why you are unsatisfied with your product(s) and upload necessary images as proof. We will need you to send the product back so if you try it and you don’t like it, don’t consume any more of it. To reimburse you for the product, we need to get product back. If your product is defective or incorrect, please take a photo of it and email it to us and we will take it from there.
WHAT ARE THE RISKS PURCHASING MARIJUANA ONLINE?
Mail order marijuana has been around for 15 years and there are very few incidences of package “seizures” worth reporting. Canada Post and the RCMP do not work together in any way and they have no way of enforcing that packages indeed do not contain marijuana. To quote from a CBC news article: “And it can be difficult for police to seize illegal drugs in the mail system. The Canadian Association of Police Chiefs says the Canada Post Corporation Act prevents them from obtaining warrants to seize mail, except in rare cases where there’s a national security risk.”
IS THE PACKAGING DISCREET?:
Yes! Our flower comes in heat-sealed, smell-proof bags so you don’t have to worry about any scents leaking out. We also do not put our name on the package- the return address is simply our company's mailing address. There is no mention of marijuana or anything like it on the package. It looks just like an ordinary package.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE ISN’T DELIVERED?
This is an extremely rare occurrence! To prevent this from ever happening, we include complimentary Signature Required Option from Canada Post with all our orders. This requires someone from your shipping address to physically sign and accept the package.
Once the package leaves our facilities, we have no control over it. In the event that your package is lost or not delivered, for whatever reason, we must start an investigation with Canada Post before we can compensate you for the lost package. Unfortunately, we also have no control over how long their investigation takes. Please be patient with us as we have to wait for the investigation through Canada Post to complete before we can take any further action.
In order to avoid lost package situations, please consider the following before you place your order.
- Is your shipping address correct and complete?
- Have you included all additional information e.g: apartment or suite number?
- Will someone be there to receive the package on delivery date? Can they be trusted?
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
As soon as we possibly can! Once you place an order and completed payment, we are usually able to ship your package within 1-2 business days. However, please keep in mind that we do deal with a very high number of orders every day and sometimes it can take a bit longer for your package to ship. Check your email in box for order status updates. If it takes us a bit longer, it’s because we are working very hard to fulfill many other orders just like yours so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
When your order ships out, you will receive an email along with your tracking number. Please add @healthcaredispensary.com to your safe sender list so that your tracking number and order status update gets to your inbox.
PROCESSING TIME POLICY:
While we try very hard to get your order out as fast as we can, it does take us some time to package your order and get it shipped out. That is why we ship orders out 1-2 business days after receiving payment. This turnaround time also applies to Priority shipping orders. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number on the day that your order ships. If we do not ship your order within our guaranteed time period, we will credit you back the cost you paid for shipping. If you did not pay shipping, your credit will be the equivalent of the Express shipping cost.
Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds. However, we are very reasonable and will always work with you to find a solution that we can both be happy with. Any refunds issued would be as a store credit and on a case-by-case basis.
